Our Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to the information we collect about visitors to www.tunsafe.com (the "Site"), and users of TunSafe and related services (the "Services").
By using our Services and/or registering for an account, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Service

As a provider of an online privacy service, we ultimately strive to collect the minimal amount of information required for operation. Therefore we do not collect any personal information when using our services.

In order to use our Service a configuration file is downloaded from our backend and stored on your device.

TunSafe does not collect or log any VPN traffic or any information that can track the internet traffic back to the customer.

Website

- Anonymized Google analytics data and ads.
- The metadata and contents of any e-mails we receive, deleted on request.
- Forum posts and the IP and user name are stored in the forum database.
- Web server logs are stored for 24 hours.

Operational data

TunSafe collects and stores "Operational Data" required to operate our Services. This is data that we collect and store when you use TunSafe or create configuration files. Operational data is listed below:

- OS Version (e.g. iOS 11)
- TunSafe Version (e.g. iOS version 1.0)
- Your public WireGuard key mapped to an internal 10.x.x.x/8 IP, and the multihop settings.
